New donation method

Ok, so I know we've all had issues with people donating incorrect troops; both in war bases and in normal clan activities. Thus, my solution is to allow the requester to select the type of troops they want to allow in their clan Castle, or deselect the ones they don't. For instance, if a player only wants lvl 3+ wizards in their war castle, then only wizards of that level will be highlighted for donation. That way no one needs to go back to see if they have decent troops.

If this has already been posted I apologize, just seemed like a simple fix to this issue.
