Thought BK had a radius...

I was watching an attack and saw this happen so I took a screenshot. Looks like defender bk is a little far from home?

I think they get excited and forget they are chained to the porch....

i have seen the AQ do it quite often. Occasionally the BK will when chasing something down to eat.

That's odd... The BK used to be able to do that, but not anymore.

Was this by any chance a hog attack? A member in my clan had the same problem in one of her attacks - the BK was several tiles further than his given radius.

Unfortunately, I don't know the cause.

Yes it was a hog attack. I emailed supercell and their response was that the BK really likes bacon. JK!

I saw a thread like this before, and I think I have an answer.

After the update the King and Queen now only have a small radius they can attack within on defense. However, lets say that they are targeting a troop, like a hog rider. If the Hog Rider goes out of their range then they would pursue it until it is killed. After that they should return back to their altar. If they continued killing troops outside of their altar's radius then I am just as baffled as you are.

Strange. Haven't seen it happening on any other attack strategy.
