There should be one button you can click that opens a list with 3 tabs. 1st tab is possible upgrades that are sorted from lowest to highest cost. 2nd tab would be upgrades in progress and you could see how much longer they have left. 3rd tab is previous upgrades you've done just so you can check to see what you've done if you forget.
