I designed this base when I hit town hall 8 and it held up well in war.
Usually 1-2 starred, but when you're getting hit by town hall 9's, there is not much you can do, and in such cases it may be 3 starred. On average I would be attacked 2-3 times per war, as I would normally defend at least once.

I would also recommend "MatuGaming's" Anti Hog town hall 8 base. A few of the members in my clan used it and it appeared to be successful as well.
Wouldn't really recommend this base. Watched a clanmate 100% decimate this base in war, and he was one of our lowers.Quote:

The TH being off center is also a pretty easy 1 star for most people and 50% isn't entirely hard to come by either so it's almost a guranteed 2 stars.
Also gets wrecked by drags which can 3 easily, even with the centralized AD's. A clanmate did it with lvl 2's and the base was fairly upgraded.
Orz has some great designs, but I honestly wouldn't recommend this for war.
