Hopper solution, and it will work almost entirely!

People join, and leave clans at little cost.
Actually there is no cost?

What needs to be done is 10, maybe 20, gems included to join clans.

Gems are very important, and considered valuable.

Also, if you cannot afford to pay the ammount of gems needed, then you cannot join.

But you can keep invites, of course.

You can get up to, I believe, 6 gems a day? Maybe 5?

This solution will stop hoppers, motivate people to buy more gems, and let people understand the value of gems.

This solution will work!

What's wrong with hoppers? Unload whatever troops on em to get fin or you could just not donate to them OR boot em.. Your problems solved there

Change it to you if you leave a clan you cannot joi. Another for 20 min and you need to donate before requesting

Just tell people to donate before requesting.

Sorry I'm 100% against this idea. Though the 20 min pause between joining clans (unless you're given an invite) I quite like. The whole gem cost is a little extreme. I often go around clans offering help and helping them build up. I am far from a clan hopper since I hardly ever even request troops. :eek:

So i needa wait 20mins when going to our feeder clan to help out? No. There's allllot of clan family's out thereand itd just ruin their clans. Hoppers are seriously not a big deal. There's a kick button for a reason!

The hoppers I have a problem with are the mid-term hoppers. The ones that join for 1-2 days, make the cut into your next clan war, then leave your clan during prep day or during battle day, before using up any of their attacks so that you are automatically 2 attacks short against the other clan (similar to earning an automatic two zero-star attacks).

These people are a nuisance and can mean the difference between a war win or loss in a close war.

Or there could be an option where if a hopper leaves , an elder of the clan the hopper leaves has the option to not let the hopper join any clan for one entire day.

Not a fan personally. My clan has a feeder and I am hopping to and from that and the main clan. This would kill my gems.
