After analysis of many attacks i make some try to improve a defense in new version.

1.

The main idea is to make the base compact by moving it to the top and reducing empty spaces for enemy troops to run. It will do massive splash damage for concentrated immobile enemy troops on the border near the walls. Mortars, Hidden teslas (attack range 6) can attack enemy forces immediately after spawning on the top sides .

2.

Two loopholes in 2 the hell. Believe me, it's funny.



Don't forget that u can swap CC and mortar.
And don't forget to upgrade ur walls ^^

if you split your gold storages, this would be one of the best th7 base I've seen on this forum

Good idea. I try to swith 1 gold storage to elixir storage.

Also u can switch the clan castle and the bottom mortar.

Need to try different variations.

There is no reason to move anything, just add extra 3 pieces of wall that will split your gold compartments into 2, 1 with cc + gold, other one with gold by itself. Your cc is semi-centered, both your th and cc act as a shield for your gold storages, do not move them unless you can find a way to center your cc better. your gold is very well protected if you can just split it into 2 portions.

Your opinion is very important for me!!!

I have to have symmetry too but it's also important for me to have the clan castle right in the middle. You'll find that you don't have to go that high up the trophy count and everyone first tries to lure your clan in a quite corner and see them off.

I wouldn't bother with the giant bombs. You're only adding an extra 100k gold loss to every attack. They are going to be useless in those positions and probably kill 5 to 10 barbs max! Save your money.

What's your thinking on this design? I'm nearly finished with TH7 now and only created a Hybrid base to help keep my trophies around 1,500 to 1,600 while farming DE. Apart from that the whole time i've been at TH7 It's much easier to just stay around 1,200 to 1,400 with a farming layout base design. I'm just interested in your reasons.

If you are farming DE at higher levels then probably best to swap the DE storage with one of the more protected storages.

By the way, what do your replays tell you?

they are too exposed and will be vunerable to dragon archer because 15 archers could take care of both your air defenses then the dragons will burn u other than that great.

any ideas about new update?

I like keeping the mortars and the clan castle centralized so switching them won't make it any better.

Centralized mortar has more chance to stay alive and give in this time a dmg.

I used this base for a while and still recommend it to clan mates.

My issues with it:

1. the th point is so weak that a few archers can destroy the TH with virtually no problem whatsoever. I found it better to use those walls around the th to build more 2X3 compartments and leave the TH unprotected.
2. The sides were the most vulnerable. It was fairly easy to break through from the nw or ne with a few giants and wallbreakers. Nowadays I don't use centralized storages anymore.
3. The single 3X3 is kinda useless other than making it symmetrical. I found it better to change that entire V section into two 2 building sections and a three building section.

Hmm, this one is different than the one I used a month ago.

I haven't tried this one but I usually don't like to use open wall designs.
