Do you have proof of people committing fraud? Maybe you should file a complaint with the police instead of throwing around accusations.

Apple's "liberal refund policy" is part of their ToS with SC. Deal with it and move on.

Don't take Apple's refund as a sign of their agreement, they refund for what ever reason given, refer to the people who got refunds due to the gem glitch "devaluing" their village or the implementation of loot penalties for town halls.

Technically SC can change the Inferno Tower completely to have the stats of a slightly stronger Archer Tower, and they will have no legal accoubtability. However, players trust that SC wouldn't do that, hence they spend money to gem ITs.


It's the same case for heroes, players gem them as a sign of trust towards SC, but SC betrayed that trust. Again, no legal accountability on SC. Just because their ToS basically means "we can change hog riders to become archers at any point of the game as long as we like it", and we agreed to it.


Which is why i don't spend money on the game, and this update further sealed the deal as far as my resolve regarding spending is concerned.

Any player who has been around for a couple update cycles knows the game is going to change and that it will not always be to their liking or benefit. Do not be disingenuous. Pfft people do not gem as a sign of trust, their motivation is desire for power in the game.

Completely reverted. Lower levels of Kings are no longer useful on defense or offense. I say lower levels only for the fact that I haven't used or fought against heroes higher than Level 10.

Just cut the number of levels from 40 to 20 ffs.

Chargeback fraud. People have openly admitted to it. Not my place to report it to the authorities thats SC's prerogative.

They are clearly not familiar with gaming if they believe they are guaranteed the game will remain the same over time. They should become informed consumers if they are going to spend enough money on an app they may later regret.

Whenever you buy a product it is a sign of trust, trusting that the product is as advertised.

Yes there would be change in the game, but there is also something called reasonable doubt. Beyond reasonable doubt, the Inferno Tower that we have today will not get nerfed to the point that it becomes a slightly stronger Archer Tower. Bases on this, players feel safe to invest money to get the IT.

I'm sure no player would expect heroes to be nerfed to the point that they are now. It was beyond reasonable doubt that SC wouldn't ruin the functionality of the BK. However, players' trust were betrayed when SC implemented this unreasonable change.

So, after all has settled, what does it mean? Well it means that there is no longer such a thing as reasonable doubt. Everything is possible. Will the Archer Queen maintain her current stats and not get "balanced" into a Rabbit Hero? I doubt it, anything is possible. So no money investment for that.

Will the Level 8 teslas maintain their stats and not become a Lollipop Slinger? I doubt it, anything is possible. So no money investment for that.

SC can do as many of these stunts as they want. If they keep this up, players will lose trust towards any form of building or unit, and hence will not invest money on something that has the chance to become something completely different 1 month later.

The only players who will contonue to spend are those who want to have an immediate advantage, i.e. "I dont care if this OP hog rider becomes a flying mosquito in the next update, i just want to get it now and use it now". Somehow i don't think SC can survive depending solely on those type of players.

Lose your players' trust, lose their investment.

Right, because nobody lies on the internet. The police would laugh at that as proof.

People do not purchase products from SC, they purchase services. Those services allow them to speed up time and gain resources in exchange for gems/tokens in the game. Still looking for that purchase a hero button....:rolleyes:
