Hey! I am a level 52 th7 with maxxed defences storages and everything but my barracks and collecters and walls I donate good so I dont know why I am so down in levels. :/

If you want to level up quickly you should donate like a few thousand troops per season but otherwise it just takes time.
Don't think you're under leveled. Just think everyone else is over leveled. :]
But seriously though, just donate more and (possibly) snipe a bunch of TH's and you'll eventually get there.
Haha, I used to have that problem I was a max th7 lvl 50 lol. When I was a total noob I NEVER had donated or really joined a clan lol. At th8 I had to make up all the donations and the level problem, I still am very good for my lvl though....

I went from lvl 58 as a th7, to 63 as a newb TH8 in a little over a week just by donating and building, I have donated 3000 troops this season so far. Donating 5 wiz or a Dragon gets you 20xp.
