Lower level players who are higher than they should be will just get smashed, and eventually go back down. Anyways, i like getting attacked by low level players as they give me a free shield without threatening my precious resources.

So if I get hit by a bunch of trophy droppers that raises me above that level, then I'm the one that gets punished?

Everyone but the very high players get the one troop and quit . You may need to do the same so your not out of your league.

Then there would be more people doing this to stay out of this range of no penalties. Hense more trophy droppers to send you over into this range.

Sorry mate, but this is exactly the kind of ridiculous nonsense that got TH9 players screwed with loot penalties. You will get no sympathy here. Suck it up, learn strategy and get better.

The way this game is set up either you spend a ton of money and go for trophies or you farm. If you are not doing one or the other you come here and complain.
