Sub 200 farming

Ok so I heard about sub 200 farming and that it might be a successful thing to do. Im a max th9 lvl 112 wondering if i could try out this strategy and if i could get some tips as to what army to use, how to attack, and so on. Also any ppl with experience down under 200 could I get some tips, opinion, advice, etc. Thx.

I would advise that you don't farm at sub 200. Loot is pretty bad unless you plan to attack other farmers farming there. When I farmed there at TH9 I got like 300k gold in 45 minutes worth of farming which is terrible.

Personally it wasn't worth it. It gets tiring to lose enough to stay under 200 constantly. Also there are TH9s and TH10s hovering around 400-700 to farm sub 200 farmers who have finished their farming session and gaining trophies on defense. I know because every time sub 200 farming is popular on the forums I go down there myself to farm other farmers.

At th9 it is pretty hard, th8 and th7 are usually better for it, but Its your choice.

I've already made arrangements to bring in another player so that we have 35 for war so i dont fall out of war...anyways thx for responses:)

Sub 200 is farming below 200 trophies. It used to be amazing down there from what I've heard but no more.

It's farming below 200 trophy mostly for TH7. TH8 is borderline and higher there is too much loot penalty. It's constantly attacking small village with goblins like attack every minutes for an hour or two.

Thanks rich and dany for your quick reply, Ok then I'm TH8 and my trophy count is 1670 and Gold2 as of now..
So you meant I need to drop trophy and make it lesser by 200? Or drop until I get to Silver3?
Also is it viable for me to farm sub200 coz Im already TH8 not TH7?

If you're uber active you might be able to do it, but if it was me I'd stay where you are! Yes you need to drop your trophies to below 200 so way way below bronze 3 let alone silver 3, you won't even have a badge! You can try if you like but you have to stay online because as soon as you go off people will be dropping trophies on you to get there themselves!
