Swapping Devices WITHOUT linking to Gamecenter or Google Play

Is there someway that i can request this to be done via the forums (maybe a mod or developer is on and sees) as opposed to emailing SC and asking them? ive emailed them before with no response a couple weeks ago

i have two accounts, one on an android the other on my blackberry and id like a way to save the blackberry account lvl 72, th8 and also leader of a clan (22 wins woohoo!:D) by providing a google play account and hopefully it being synced on their end since it cant be done on my end.

anyone been successful linking/recovering a device/account through by interacting directly with SC as opposed to through the game?
