How do I get DE?

I am town hall 7. I was wondering where the DE was. I've heard it is in crystal, so can you please tell me a good army comp for pushing, and when I get there, a good comp for farming the DE? I am willing to boost up to 2 barracks at a time, tho I can only do that occasionally. I also want to know what your standard is for raiding? (like should I raid a base with 100 DE, or next it? Should I raid a base with 250 DE, or should I next it? Should I attack a base with a loaded x-bow, or next it? etc.). I am willing to use a few minions, but not too many, as I don't have too much DE.


Here are all the stats that have anything to do attacking (long story short in bold):

Barracks:
1 level 9
1 level 7
1 level 6
1 level 5
1 level 2 dark
1 9, 1 6, 1 7, 1 5, 1 2 dark
Army camps:
1 level 6
1 level 5 upgrading to level 6 (3 days left)
2 level 5
total space: 185, 3 days to 190

Troop levels:
Barbarians: 4
Archers: 4
Goblins: 4
Giants: 4
Wall Breakers: 4
balloons: 3
wizards: 4
healer: 1
Dragon: 1
minion: 1
Hog: 1
up to wall breakers and wizards level 4, balloons level 3, rest level 1.

I went high in crystal 3 and did dragons with rage spells so the drags rushed right to the de. Or you can try to Barch but you will not get a lot.

I,m having the same problem but I,m hearing DE is also in Gold II and Gold I aswell as Crystal III so it should be easier in gold I and II

Zap the storage in high crystals. Especially the ones with at least 2000 dark elixir.
you will get around 700 for it with 3 lightning spells of lv 4

1. Get atleast crystal III
2. Find a farm in base with DE
3. Snipe TH
4. Zap 3 Lightning spells onto their DE Storage

I'm casually farming at gold 1 (1900 trophies) with balloonions.
Simple tactic, works 90% of the time and they'll grab all the dark elixir.

Go to crystal league or master league, then drop lightning on the dark elixir storage. And remember to boost your spell factory.

I an't that, I can train a max of 3 drags at a time.

does anyone have any suggestions for getting up there?

Just town hall snipe.Someone from my clan is town hall 6 and got in crystal lll league in two days just by town hall sniping.(He has over 150 succesfull attacks)

TH snipe. If u need a few resources just barch. I'm going up there now to to get valks on lvl 2, doing it same way.
