TH9, Legos or nah?

So, currently, I'm a TH9 with just 3 Teslas and all Cannons left to max on defense, my Elixir is overflowing, and my Lab is stagnant as the only remaining task is Valks (not happening). I am focusing DE on my Queen (currently going to 9, plan to take to 15) and then my King (currently at 10, going to take to 15 after Queen is there), and my Gold is currently focused on Teslas and farming up level 8 Walls during the dead time when all 4 are down. Currently, I have 148 level 8 Walls and the rest are at level 7, I plan to get all of my walls to level 8 and the core of my base to level 9 (this turns out to be 40 walls for a farming base, 44 for a cup base). I can consistently loot about 2.5M Gold per day with BAM, non-boosting (this means 5 level 8 Walls per day or 2 level 9 per day with an extra every other day, basically 5 level 9 in 2 days). This works out to about 3 weeks of solid wall farming, and my question is if I should take all the walls to level 9 which would take about another 3-3.5 months (I will get very busy in this coming fall).

So is it really worth it for me to have nothing happening in my base, except for Hero and Wall upgrades for that long period of time? Is the loot at TH10 really so much worse that I need to farm Walls now? Will not having all Legos really make that much of a difference? Are the new toys at TH10 more important than the Walls?

I think it'd be really cool to have a full base of Legos (they just look so cool), but they would take so long for me to farm. This is my predicament and I'd like some help. Thanks so much guys! EDIT: In the poll I didn't include anything after "Full Legos" because, quite frankly, it's not going to happen, I don't have the desire or motivation to do anything beyond that and I personally like level 9 walls better than 10 anyways.

I'm in sort of the same boat, maxed defenses, elixer has been full for months, grinding out walls. Worth it in my opinion, I wear them with pride!

I'm going to be venturing towards Legos soon too. Almost all defenses maxed and 80% skulls now so not long. I'm going to stay at 9 until all walls are Legos.

Full Lego, I'm currently working on lavas, if you need something to spend elixir on... Push

Not sure it's worth it. Perhaps not. But if you don't plan to go to TH 10 at least until next update, what else to do ?

It's all about personal preference and time restraints. I can play a ton during the summer, so I farmed all my legos already, and I'm just starting lavas. If you don't have time for full legos, then by all means go to TH10.

It is hard but I am almost done with my legos. 155 completed to be exact.

Lego's are nothing compared to Lavas, try get your core lego's and the rest skulls but preferably get all lego's and core lava's. For 3 Lego's you can get 1 Lava :/

I don't think full legos are necessary at all but if you want them by all means get them although it does take a long time.
