Where is our update?

Below is a direct quote from Nick. In the past few weeks, we the fans and players of Hay Day have seen how far from the truth this is.
We all want to know where a new update or fix for Hay Day is? We have waited patiently without a word from SC. More than enough suggestions and ideas have been made, which have fallen on deaf ears. It seems as if all the work that SC has been doing has been focused on Clash of Clan and some "new" secret project, and it feels as if Hay Day and its players have been left in the dust.
Please prove us wrong by updating or fixing Hay Day right away. It has been over a month since the last awful update that everyone has complained about. You even shut down our thread, because of all the complaints. We have not heard a single word from Nick or SC. This is not the way to treat your patrons. Break the silence and let all of us know what is going on. Allow us to to be able to enjoy the Hay Day we once knew. Thank you.

This board is meant for suggesting new ideas or features for Hay Day! It can be new products, new buildings, new features etc. Anything goes as long as it fits with the theme. We will collect ideas from this board on a weekly basis, but please note that we simply can't implement all ideas we get. Ideas get noted, but the team decides which ones are doable, fun, etc. so please don't be disappointed if your idea doesn't end up in the game. We appreciate and love all feedback we can get to make Hay Day even better! Now get those ideas out there!

And your point is? Many didn't like the 2 recent updates. Many expressed their displeasure. Many feel that the game has gotten boring because if the 3 crate limit, and the lack of anything to do or buy after level 51. We have the right to ask for information as to what is happening with our game. Sorry if you don't agree. That's why Heinz has 57 different varieties. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If the game works for you, then great, but it doesn't work for a lot of us who enjoyed the game we once new before the last two updates that we feel hindered our play. Enjoy!

you realize you care so much about this game you went out of your way to sign up to these forums, right? hes voicing his complaint so that people like YOU can have a better gaming experience.

personally i feel the same way. there are problems in terms of the market economy as it is implemented. im talking specifically about the expansion items.

agree about the 3 crate limit too

dying for new update tooo!! hope the next update will be a great one,
like, i think it's better if they loosen the crates limit to 4, for example one boat asks me to fill 4 crates of 1 cherry jam each. AND GUESS WHAT ALL SLOTS IN MY JAM MAKER ARE APPLE JAMS....
if the next update is harsh, ill move on to play Clash of Clans

It's not just a game to SC. It's a business. And SC's customers have a right to complain if they are unhappy with the product.

I've asked the same thing in the "Announcements" section as a reply to the thread asking for feedback on the boat order update. I wish they'd give us some idea of what is going on other than 'update soon', then we read where they give COC an update and go on a trip to CA to promote that game. I have many neighbors that have quit the game completely since the last update. Some have changed the name of their farm to 'Quit game.', 'Delete me. No longer play.', 'Farmer has left the game.', and even 'SC Sucks'. Pretty sad, considering these were players above level 50.

It is? And there was me thinking it was some sort of parallel universe. But you have made a good point. Yes, it's a game. And what's the point of a game? To have fun. Something that has been sorely lacking in HD since the last two disastrous updates. All we are asking for is for our feedback to get some feedback back. Otherwise it seems rather pointless, unless you subscribe to the theory that banging your head against a brick wall is a good idea because it feels so good when you stop.

They don't promise us an update each week. They say they will be gathering suggestions each week. Do we know that they don't?


PS: Point of this thread is not to defend either you nor Supercell. I could write long threads about things that are illogical or horribly implemented in Hayday, but I don't see them promising anything here that hasn't been fulfilled.
