Clan hopper penalty

Look at their friend on need, that will tell a lot about the person, also who cares, it's free xp

Wouldn't work. Many of the well organized clans have feeder clans, warring clans, farming clans, etc. that the members rotate through, depending on what they want to focus on for that time period. This would effectively freeze them in place, or at least make it very difficult to move between clan types. But, with that said, I am with you in that I hate clan hoppers.

I say this would be a good idea but make it to where they have to wait 24 hrs except on war bases! Or supercell could simply fix it to where you are not required to be in a clan to get defensive troops, for example you can still receive free troops from being in a clan but you can purchase troops also using gold! This option would stop most clan hoppers!!!!!
