TH9 War Base-Can't Touch This

Here's a version I've been working on similar in concept to this, since I have had mostly success in wars with yours (a couple where opponents threw 6-7 attacks before breaking it)

How does it look, any glaring screw-ups on my layout?

It looks ok, but ya, it's 3-star exploitable with HoLoWiWi.

I'm sorry to say this could be easily taken down by holowiwi, the loons can take out the outer ring easily and hogs take down the center

Hi Pole, I am giving you big thumb up for creating this base as I've used it for about 10+ consecutive wars ( most of them are big success. I did post some results in the forum before). Of coz, any base could be easily 2-3 starred by any skilled players, but this base worked out well for me to fool others to only 1 star my base for several attempts. I originally picked this base because I had a weak AD before and this base worked out well as it creates an illusion for other players to use land attack rather than air attack which works in my case. Keep up the good work Pole, hope to see more of your cool base designs in the future :)

To my awe, the base did really well during those times, even up against max gowipe/mass drags/gowiwi.

But times are changing, no base design will remain useful forever. Maybe it was never good, maybe it was just useful for me and a few others, but what I know now is there are better options.

Feel free to continue using it or adjusting it if it works for you, but do consider a switch of base. You will probably one day find countless three stars on you using various strats. If you are in a lower level clan which faces unskilled clans, feel free to use it. But there is probably a better choice.

So what I'm saying is, feel free to use it or adjust it at your own risk. But I wouldn't really recommend it now, as it is not a great design when facing skilled clans. I won't be updating the thread or promoting this base anymore, as there are a lot of really good designs out there that you should use instead.

Have your AD's protect your outside defenses.

Yes there are many bases that are not susceptible to holowiwi. If you read the holowiwi's forum carefully, it mentioned that holowiwi only works on ringed ( anti-hog ) and centralized AD bases. Hope that helps. Cheers
