First of all, the idea of a king as a hero IS ruled out. I think it's just to avoid confusion with the barbarian king, so to name him "Lord of Goblins" or "Warrior Goblin" should be allowed.
I also suggest some stats:
DPS: 160
HP:900
Healing time:45min
Targets: Ressource buildings (damages x2 like usual goblins)
Speed : 24 (slower than a goblin because he is bigger)
He can only attack one target at a time and cannot attack aerial troops.
Then, about his defense abilities, he should be able to defend the base, but only when a storage building in his radius is attacked. The radius shall be smaller than for the other heroes, about 7 tiles.
The lord of goblins shall have a capacity linked with ressources. When the capacity is activated, he and the goblins near him shall collect twice more ressources. What I mean is not that he destroys the storages twice as fast. It should work like that: if during the time the capacity is used the goblins collect 50 k gold, after the battle the player shall receive a "Goblin bonus" of 50k gold. The capacity should, at the beginning, lasts 4 seconds and 3 goblins would be summoned.
