New hero : The wizard alchemist

I know there's quite a few hero's request but having 2 or more hero's won't change anything at all. My idea is that the next hero should be the wizard he will have a staff that will shoot out lighting bolts. The new upcoming hero should be worth a lot of dark elixir since its a third hero I'd say 200 thousand dark elixir should be right. Also this new hero would only be available if there's a new town hall so not everyone can easily just get this hero and have a hard time reaching the amount to buy it. Following his upgrades price should be deducted to around for level 2 30 thousand dark elixir. Following with this hero should balance out the health and damage and make this hero way more powerful then our troops making him really helpful in the battlefield. Therefore like I said he would be helpful in battle meaning op that's why I said worth a lot of dark elixir so no one can get him easily making him a very rare hero to get and have. Saying this might help with your decision on making a new hero and this hero should only be available in new townhall's like I said I recommend town hall level 12 if the possibility you guys do make new townhall. Concluding which I rest my case and I hope you think well of this one new hero only if there's new town hall and making him pricy and hard to get a very rare thing in a game and here's another ideas to get him you have to complete every achievement in the game? That's a very indeed hard hero to get and will balance the op status of having three heroes well please review this and think well of it all my clan members have been wanting a new hero and another thing we all want I talked to a few people in global about it too is we can share loot. Meaning. We can exchange or give loot within clans only and available only for the new town hall ? If there's one coming out well now i official rest my case good day to you super cell.
