This is very true, but it's harder on the clan leader(s) when a hopper joins and they think he will be a future member. This idea is not only trying to prevent hoppers but also encourage loyalty.

As rewarding as that is... I prefer War wins and donations over XP. But thats just my opinion which probably isn't that popular.

I don't know about being a "Hopper Nazi" but I'm just spitballing my ideas. I don't expect a change to happen but I rather know I at least tried rather than complain about it all the time. And invite only is to prevent unwanted guests. Hoppers may be included but theres also low levels and weaker members; and I don't want to exclude the others from joining because hoppers. I enjoy helping those who are low or not well equipped.

I understand where you're coming from, but I see complaints about hoppers than I see "Request and Leave" type clans. I know you said personally terrible but this should be a majority vote. The game will never appeal to everyone, unfortunately we have to deal with whatever they decide and live with it or delete the app. I'm just giving an idea, not attacking the developers to make a change. If it passes or not will not make me want to give up on CoC. I'll just adapt. Survival of the Fittest.
