Add a new rank between Co-Leader and Elder called ( Senior Elder or Warlord).
Why would we need this level? and what would it do?
i personally think that we could use ONE more rank but it has to be useful, please feel free to give more info about your idea as for now, it's kinda vague.
Im sorry buddy,but i dont think this is needed in clans right now.
It would help desseminate clan jobs and create an additional break in the chain of command to delegate jobs to.
Leader has overall command of the Clan
CO-Leader Takes over when Leader not available
Warlord responsible for growing new recruits looking at all bases and providing feedback to members and leaders. Explaining clan rules and assigning elders to new recruits.
Elders trainers of the new recruits, explain websites used for upgrading forts, defenses, and understanding strategies.
They just added co-leaders...
you don't need a rank for that. Elders can do warlords job.Quote:
