More Builders

I thought of an idea, that allows other builders of yours that aren't working, and you can make them work on the same thing, Like, there is 1 person building something for 10 hours, so if u have more builders left over you can use them to make the building go faster

Would make town hall 10s and stuff be too OP because of all the upgrading that could be happening
