It's seems of late nearly everytime I post a request there is always some new person and at times even more than 1 that decides they will donate low level troop, it's quite a low blow considering the limited space and uselessness of their troops. I am not asking for a long time maybe half an hour would be a suitable time limit, maybe 15 minutes. All I want is a way to rrequest troops without some new person messing things up all the time.
Do you know how to kick people from a clan... if not then I cant help you

I would love to ban these people but under the circumstances it is not an option that is available to me. These situations plague my clan and clans like them. You can ban one person but more will pop up, it is endless. Plus a temporary ban is a temporary solution. I want real results not just for me and my clan but for every clan. I want a small time limit before New members can donate. A simple yet effective solution to a simple problem. Ultimately it may not end the problem but it will certainly help resolve disturbance caused by their actions

Isnt the problem here in your recruitment requirements rather than with new members being allowed to donate?
think about it - if this was implemented then no new clan could ever exsist unless everyone was happy to sit there for a day with no CC troops.
raise the entry requirements for your clan and you wont get such low level troops :)

and if you get bad troops make your clan invite only and learn to control it
Dumping troops is a waste of time, not a solution.
Just want to make clear I am just a casual member. Not a leader with any sort of power. The clans in mind, the way they operate is by donating higher level troops usually Barbarians.Archers.Minions.
Even at a 1000 trophy limit people will join to purposely undermine these clans. I should receive level 5-6 troops but thats not how things work out. Also Sometimes people are impatient and donate their troops which more often than not are a complete waste of space, this is such a inconsiderate act.
I have thought about it.. Quite the over exaggeration, the examples I gave are hardly damaging at the most half an hour or at the least 15 minutes. I lean towards 15 more than 30 and think this is perfectly reasonable. I and people like me have to wait 20 minutes everytime some new clan member donates their unwanted troops, a situation that happens more than once in a day and it happens everyday. so compared to the multiple 20 minutes that we have to endure on a daily basis with no end in sight does it seem so unreasonable that I ask for 15 minutes just a once off waiting period for New clan members before they can donate troop
Also if you were seriously considering being a member of a clan for awhile would you not wait 15 minutes to donate before popping in a request.
My clan almost never has this issue. I can count the number of infractions like this on one hand over the past year and a few months.
Ask your (co)leader to make it clear in the clan message the troop requirements (for example, lvl 4+ for tier 1 troops) and if people disobey, kick them (maybe after 1 warning). It's really not that hard to obey and to manage a clan with obedient members who respect the minimum donation levels.
You just need dedicated leadership that is willing to enforce their power appropriately and timely.
