Welcome to elite 300 - an active donating clan. We respect farming or trophy push and are active in war. We are a laid-back, loyal, game loving clan. We always look out for each other and help each other out. We have been managing our clan at its current size and are looking for new members. We have been warring in 20- and 25-man wars and looking to move up. Read below and drop by to join.

Requirements:
- TH7
- Level 50+ (we have levels 50 – 110+)
- No trophy limits - farm or trophy push
- Be active and loyal
Donations – heavy focus on donations for our clan
- Always donate the correct troop, if not offer an alternative
- We have most people donating Tier 1-2 troops (max available)
- Several requests/donations for Tier3 and DE troops
- Donations during war include dragons, witches, and wizards for war CCs and heavy troops for war
- We expect everyone to donate as much or more than they receive
- Our people average 300-500 per session
Wars
- We war once a week (usually on weekends)
- We are serious about war, expect all members to participate with both battles
- We follow recommendation for enemy with movement up or down if clanmember has record of success
- We expect good judgment on targeting enemy and use of higher level troops for decisive wins
- We try for at least 2 starts per battle
- We have our heaviest chat during wars
Chat, Drama and Stuff
- We do not tolerate unneeded drama, no poll on ages – we just do not have drama
- We are not an unusually chatty clan – we trade thoughts on strategy and battles, share wins and good defenses and the occasional background discussion
- Don't beg/ask for promotions – elder after good donations and war record, co-leader at discretion of our leader
- We do NOT have any overly detailed prescriptive methods for managing our clan (level quotas, voting councils, exact donation thresholds, etc.) – no time for that, we clash!
- Work up the ranks, all can help manage the clan
- We tend to have people on around the clock and cross several countries
- Have fun!
