I am only on my 2nd clan. Chat is active at times, then at times its completely dead. Donations are usually fulfilled within a minute. Hardly ever someone goes without a donation. Wars are back2back. Yet I see many people leaving in one day. Many even come, say hi and leave. What are they looking for?
How would you define an active clan? Do they always have people chatting?
For my information to judge if I am wasting my time or not in my current clan.
It's not all about activity, donations, etc. People enjoy meeting people. Camaraderie, Communication, and good leadership.
An Active clan is defined by:
All members using both attacks in war on a regular basis
Active members should have any where from 500 hundred donations and 500 requests or more in a season (usually more)
No one should be unshielded (having no gold, silver, masters badge etc.)
I would say they are looking to be welcomed and feel a part of something.
A good clan helps each other improve their raiding and loot collecting ability.
It also feels like "home" and you enjoy logging in and chatting to your clanmates.
Thanks. My current clan have everything mentioned other than leadership. There is none. No one discusses any strategies and no suggestions is given for wars. Just message and reminder if you haven't used your attack. As a noob who is trying to improve, shall I change my clan? I find it hard to search back2back war clans.

Not trying to recruit you, but I think it's a pretty decent layout for what a "good clan" should be.
That indeed looks very good. Having people talk in kik as well so if someone isn't playing he/ she still can be contacted. If I reach some good level, then I will apply.Quote:

We have a low turnover rate, just last couple spaces has been people figuring out if they want to stay.
We're open to having anyone join. No matter what their level is. If they're willing to play by the rules then we're all for having you. We have a few TH5's and TH6's as it stands, so we just like having cool people that are in for the long haul and respond well to strong leadership.Quote:
