Has update changed the ability to reload a village?

Here is my situation. I have a th9 account, lvl 88. This is played on my iphone and my ipad.

My son has an ipod touch. It was out of battery so he decided to be lazy, and go onto my phone and log into his Game Center and play CoC. When I discovered this, I closed CoC, logged off his GC and back onto mine. When I reopened CoC, I wasn't given the choice to go back to my main village and type CONFIRM.

So what now? I have his account on my phone. I hope there is a way to fix this. Will my iPad at home have the same issue or will my main be on that? Did the update change this?

It means you never linked your village properly.

Follow these steps:
Open Clash
Press the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Press Report An Issue
Press Lost Village.

If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail setup on your device, you can directly e-mail them at:clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible.

If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

The following information will be required:
Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:

If you don't get a reply after a month or two please post back stating your ticket number.

You have your village on two devices ? How did you make one go to the other the first time ?

I don't know how I didn't link my village properly. Each time I played CoC on my iPhone it would say welcome (game center name). What was I doing wrong?

On his ipod touch, it would say welcome (his game center name).

So we had two accounts, two devices, no mixing.

Currently, when I log onto the village, it will same welcome (my GC) or welcome (his GC) depending on what Game Center the iphone is logged in as.

I did start a ticket as you suggested.

You had the same village on two devices? Then you must be using the wrong GC account.

I think I have figured out perhaps the issue. My main CoC was created on my Wife's device (and GC) as she was first to have an applie product. I then got an iphone, set up my own GC. I then linked the village from her device (ipad) to my iphone. I played the same village on both devices.

My iphone was using my GC not hers. My son logged off mine, onto his and we have the situation we currently have. The main account I suppose is actually linked to her GC?

So at home, when I check the ipad, using her GC, will my main be there? Do I risk signing into her GC on my iphone and logging into CoC?

The odds are your village is attached to her GC then ;) Just sign into hers and you should be able to load it ;)

No risk there, I would try that first.

My GC clearly was 'involved' for lack of a better word with my main account. It was the account I used for in-app purchases bc it was linked to my credit card.

Still sound ok to you? Close CoC first then log off one of the 'bad' GC accounts?

Yes, you just need to log into yuor wife's GC account as it probably has the village on it.
