Take the archer towers on top and bottom then clean up with minions. Watch witelightningHWD. He's a loon master.

This base would be easy to one star with balloonion, but that's not really helpful for clan wars. A 2 star is possible but difficult to pull off. Pretty much no chance for a 3 star on this base with balloonion.
Ever since they nerfed the hogs I have been experimenting with my balloonion in clan wars. My experience tells me, as I pretty much knew already, that almost any base can be one starred with balloonion, but beyond that it is very difficult to take on high level bases for 2 or 3 stars.

You could mix in 2 dragons and then clean up structures from the bottom with Ballooons and Minions and Dragons and rage spells, it might get you to 50%.
Make sure to also put a single Minion on the top and left and right for some extra percent by destroying the two army camps and the lab.
Then send in the heros from the bottom, trying to get that TH as well.
Personally, I would just do a GoWiPe...
Baloonion has become risky in CW, since you cannot lure the queen anymore.
