I've had this problem with my clan, and I think something should be done about it. Once a member is kicked out of a clan, I don't think they should be able to join again unless an invite by a co or the leader is sent to them. There was a guy making inappropriate comments about the clanmates so I kicked him, and he kept joining back and I kept kicking him out but he was still able to get back in. He even made a second account to join again, and got kicked out some more.
I'm pretty sure that if you are kicked, there is a 24 hour ban on rejoining... So someone is inviting him back. Set the trophy min up for a day or 2 and see if that solves the problem.Quote:

I didn't do that but I made it invite only for a day or so and as soon as I changed it back he rejoined again. Then I made it a closed group for a little bit and changed it back and his new account joined and it was just so annoying.Quote:

Leave one person behind to spam chat to cover all of the "xxxxx Has left" messages, so he doesn't know what the new clan is by checking peoples' accounts. Then have that person go to a different clan for a week or so, and then join the new one. Added benefit of getting rid of the inactives, but you may lose some active members along the way if they don't care enough to find the new clan.
Edit: Just make sure no one tells him what the new clan is (no invite, non-clash messaging, etc...)
Edit: If you have a second account, use that to do the chat spam. Then you wouldn't even need to have it go to the new clan, just some other one that is totally unrelated.
Switching clans is a bit extreme. I for one would love to see a perm bar option. After a year and a half of idiots that I have booted, I remember most but not all. They are starting to fuzz together for sure. If they we perm barred, I would not have to worry about this.
To the OP, you really will need to set your clan to "invite only" and leave it there. Then, at least, they have to request and you can deny them once every 24 hours until they get bored of asking and go away. I have news for you, the more successful your clan is, the more dipsticks you will encounter that will pull stuff like this. Especially if you have rules and enforce them, which is what a good clan will have.
Heck, we keep snap shots of fake "clone" clans imitating us that are being started by ticked off people we boot :).
