I'm halfway through TH9 and am about to finish L2 PEKKAs. I plan to start using GoWiPe and GoWiWi and am curious what high level players might have to say about this.
When I "maxed" TH8 everything was done except my Goblins were L4 and PEKKA, Valkyrie, and Golem were L1 still. Five sleeping builders is unacceptable in this game so I had to go to TH9. Thanks for any advice.

I would go for witch first.
golems... for multiple reasons...
1.golems help in gowipe and gowiwi
2. golems are essential in gowiwi, when the golems die the rest of your team will shortly (very shorty) follow, so in effect continually lvl'ing your golems will help your gowiwi out alot more than lvling your witches...
i'd lvl ur golems to atleast lvl3 before considering upgrading witches to 2.
Witches. May as well get them out of the way with.😊

witches arent actually that great if you calculate it but that is the mathematical side

well everything fits in general technically
Witch only has one upgrade, probably better to do that first.
