If you buy gems illegally, you will be banned.

Did you spend the gems?

If you did not spend the gems, they will take the gems away, and you will not be banned anymore.

Yep,doesn't matter if you knew how they got the gems their still illegal.example-if you buy a pirated movie instead of the real one then it's still illegal to own.

Its probs a perm ban.It's aginst the TOS.And since supercell is actually the one that owns your account,they can do whatever they want.if you make a new GC or G+ account on a different device you can make a new village,but sadly,other than that,theres nothing else you can do most likely.So making a new account is probs your best bet.And there probs wouldn't be a fine,just a permanent account ban.You MIGHT be able to get it back if you tell SC somebody had unauthorized access to your account and they purchased the illicit gems.
