Yes Another Lost Village that has not had a response.....

Yes I do understand that this process takes time and that customer service is stretched thin with the increase in tickets. I have waited patiently for a response as the timeline when I first submitted my ticket was 4-6 weeks and I am now at 8 weeks. I am the leader of my clan and have spent my fair share on gems. All I would like is a response to when (or if) I can get my village back (due to an error with my phone).

What I am asking for is if a mod could respond with an estimated timeline for a response to my ticket? My clan is a war clan and they have been patient as well. What I would like to do is let my clan know if their leader is coming back or if they need to move to a new clan.

It's a pity, TopDawg. I'm waiting now over 10 weeks for a reply (#3276076) and some other posts on this forum leads to the conclusion, that it takes even longer (3-4 months).

I hope, *we* get a reply soon.

Have been patient and will continue. It is just a shame that is all. I have 3 kids that all play and since I lost my account they have been less active (which maybe a good thing). It is just tough to sit and wait and not know what the outcome will be.

Sorry but posting won't help you. The only thing you can do is wait. Staff on the forums and mods can't fast track tickets.

I understand, the forum isn't made for us to get a hold of SuperCell I get it. It'd mean something to myself just by getting a quick copy and paste from an employee.

Very annoying.

Never asked to get fast tracked. I know tickets older than mine have been resolved. All I was hoping for was an answer to if it could be fixed and a rough time estimate.

Response has come.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have received a response from Supercell about my ticket and also to say thank-you. The process is under way now. I will update once it is resolved.

Well this is the first step. Hopefully this stage doesn't take long. But at least I know that it can be fixed and I have let my clan know that the process has started.

I received an email apologizing for the delay and if I still needed help to respond directly to the email and they will start working on my case as soon as they can.

This was the first email I have received since the automated response. Hope this helps.

just hit 1 month

just hit 1 month wait time, i have spent $639 on this game and my galaxy s4 was smashed and destroyed.... no way for me to go into the phone and link a device or anything

upon getting my galaxy s5 i loaded my google play account and it said would you like to load CHIEF JULITO???? ♥♥♥ ummm no it said it over and over again so i started a new village desperately wanting my old one back from all the money i spent...
