High guys so I'm saving elixir and wondering wether to go for the pig guy in dark barracks or PEKKA
For me, PEKKA is a better choice. The pig guy... Well, that's just what he is, a Pig Guy. He become over zealous, jump over walls, and get surrounded by enemy defenses. PEKKA on the other hand will cleave through walls and then massacre the defenses. She's just better that way.

If you don't mind being down one barrack that you may actually use then sure. Oh but also if you ever plan to use a pekka.
I've not, I don't even bother with dragons as they're too susceptible to well protected air defences. And they put a 36,000 elixir dent on my resources a pop.
I find it painful to just have three usable barracks when making a healer. And that's only 20mins. I'd hate it being down for 8 or however many days for something won't ever use.
Go for pekka, some time you need for revenge :)
PEKKA for sure. It is fun to use strong units. Even for farming. Most people have tons of excess elixir, so who cares about the cost. I am always sitting on million plus elixir.
I'd work on dark barracks. I'm excited for the new update and the level 4 dark barracks. The troop has over 4000 health at level 1.
PEKKA for me too. It's a formidable fighter. Most of the dark elixer troops are not on the same level.
Dark barracks. Pekkas aren't that great and dark barracks are the way of the future.
Upgrade your barracks. Period. You don't do it for the Pekka but for the extra queuing space.....

If you have extra gold and can use the builder for upgrading defense instead, then use your elixir on P.E.K.K.A. which doesn't busies a builder.

I agree. I don't use pekkas or dark troops regularly, but I find pekkas far more useful than any of the dark troops, and the extr queueing is usefulQuote:
