ANGELIC REAPERS: Recruiting Active Loyal Members

High ladies and gents, my Clan is Angelic Reapers. We are a newish clan within the last month. We have won a few wars but I have had a hard time recruiting loyal members in the global chat. In my Clan there are currently 17 members and about 8 are personal friends, most of us are all mature adults in our 20s.

WE WANT TO WAR and win mostly, along with donating and just being friendly/making new friends.
BRIEF RULES
1) No asking for Co leader, it's earned
2)Elder is earned seasonally via donations and loyalty usually around 3-400 donations
3) Clan hopping kinda sucks
4) I don't care about swearing but we don't like reading Jerry Springer dialogue either
5) Donate what someone asks for, if ya don't got it than no sweat! Someone does :)

A few of us are actually experienced good players, some are new though and are still learning. I'm doing my best to teach via clan mail but it can be frustrating. I would like to build a clan and make it to the leader boards somewhere eventually. We are the only clan with our name currently ANGELIC REAPERS.
