Can you block devices?Welpp

Hi so since supercell doesn't make a frequent login my brother is able to go on my account (I changed password and everything just once he logs in he can login forever pretty gay if you ask me) hes my older brother and no I cant do a single f*ck about it.
So I was wondering if youre able to block devices that have access to my google+ account (my brother) he has a android and so do I and I was hoping maybe theres a way to block exact devices that have logged on to my google? Please respond admin or somebody or please help get my brother off my account. I have a th10 almost maxed that ive spent over $1k on past year or so and he keeps messing it up.

Again this isn't same topic, this thread is a question asking if I can block devices from clash of clans, other thread is telling supercell to add a frequent login, you must be like 13?
