New Troop ideas, FROZEN Troops

Hey guys, im new here and i have an idea for a new troop. That troop called Skadi. He had a weapon that would make building in his punch to be frozen. See this for more information

Training Time : 2 minutes
Housing Space : 3
Damage per second : 95 the building will be frozen
Hit Points : 250 (+20 every upgrade)
Movement Speed : 14
Description : He is a hero from atlantic, he can destroy your building easier but he will die an inferno tower attack him.
