Dunno if this has been suggested, i would of thought so....a clan can declare itself ready for war before the end of prep day. Once both clans declare or 24hrs passes, whatever is the sooner, attack day commences. This would mean more wars, more fun, more barrack boosting and more gem spending, everyones a winner!
Suggested for quite often, please use the search function in future.
Original Idea: It's a great idea, it will stop people asking for a shorter prep day, and I feel this is a much better solution than the 'Shorter prep day'
good idea but igf a troller stop it earlier and that sommes of your clan didnt finish it will be very bad for your clan and the ennemi clan have to be ok to so!! but yeah good idea but somme update are important to your suggestion!
make it so that only the leader and co-leader have the power to stop it. little problem solved:o
Only issue would be how do you declare the clan as ready for war? Does the leader or co-leader hit a button? Do multiple clan members have to be "ready"?
To be honest I don't agree much with this suggestion. This can cause an outrageous amount of wins/losses to clans. It would be insane how many wars a clan could participate in a week.

The long and short of this idea is basically "why?"
So you have to wait 24 hours for all 50 of your clan mates (possibly from around the world) to be ready. so what?
Maybe a couple of your clan mates are in the middle of an upgrade that will finish right before prep ends? Maybe they want to finish those upgrades before battle day? What happens if you as the leader decide to click ready before the 24 hour mark? Now your clan cannot finish prepping or completing the upgrade that COULD HAVE effected their defense or offense tactics. PLUS, you get to sit there anyway unless the other clan clicks ready too.
A set time works best. You know when battle starts, go do something else while you wait, go on a date, watch a movie, sleep, go outdoors... whatever. 24 hour prep is fine.
support, if you have bad leaders that starts the war when members aint ready then he shouldnt be one or you should join another clan.
Each individual member hits the ready button. When all members from both sides are ready, its war o'clock. I'm in a small clan and we're ready to war inside the first 90 minutes of prep day. It's boring and painful. It will also help those clans that have a ridiculous mismatch, to get the pain over and done with.
This was a good idea for me. But I think the decision must not only fall into leader of each clan, maybe the leader plus 5 co leader or more, or what so ever is much better. The war is for fun, the more war more fun. Player of each clan can communicate so each of one can be notified for readiness of every member for the battle.

Yes they can just attack sooner, but what if the clan's strategy is to save second attacks for the final 20 minutes of war, that screws things up.
Clan wars should always be on a 24-hour clock system to accommodate for international members, and for predictive war start/end times (for reasons mentioned above by pixie). People need to be patient.

Sorry, hate this idea. I honestly think itll just be abused and lead to more loses and ppl on here complaining about how they lost resources cause they had a preme war. No. sorry, unless your clan has a website or EVERYONES on kik or something it just wouldn't work out and a few players could not have planned to come on til the end of war and hey look! Not enough time for two attacks, now we lose.
I sorry i just absolutely hate this idea...
My clan, wars at every opportunity. But we are bad ♥♥♥, not farmville loving noobs that ♥♥♥♥♥ around collecting 100k resources per raid. We want war everyday, twice a day, all the god damn time!!! We would take on several clans at the same time if it was possible. Long and short, most players are scrubs that just want to chat and not fight, therefore, this won't happen
