Can I repeal a ban?

So apparently I've been banned for "trying to sell account off a third party website." Naturally, since I've never made an attempt to sell my account I was confused. So after looking around I found it listed on Ebay. Normally I'd go in-game and use the "report a problem" feature but since I can no longer log in I wonder if there's any other way for me to try to get my account back.

Normally first time bans are temporary, wait for a few days and it should go, if it doesn't use the email Klark gave and contact them.

Ok that's relieving. Although the system does seem somewhat flawed. As in if I didn't like someone in-game, I could just screenshot their base and put it on ebay to get them banned.
