When is it best to sub200 farm?

Idk if they ever war, maybe they war only sometimes. Anyways I liked how there were quite a few sub farmers and they discussed which spot in sub200 was good every day. 120 can be better than 3 trophoes. ;) (Those we're random numbers)

Best at TH8 or less. It's only effective if you can stay online for long periods of time.
