Clan War Raider Rank

I propose that we add a new rank to our clans. This rank could be called war or raider. This will give clan more flexibility and be a huge asset to the game.

The problem I'm running into with my clan is about 6-7 people do not show any interest in the clan wars. They are active in every other way, but sometimes it makes us lose a war by 1-2 stars.

I think it would be awesome to specifically queue for a 10v10 or 15v15 war. Only those that have the War rank would participate while the rest of the clan that does not have any interest in clan wars can do whatever it is that they do.
