Help

Hey guys, so I have an iOS iPad and I have an android phone. Before I got my phone I had previously linked my base to my other android tablet. That tablet since then has broken and the google account I linked the account to was deleted. Then I restored my google account after getting an android phone in hope that my clash data would still be there but it's not. So my base is linked literally to nothing. I had the idea of linking my iOS base with Facebook- then going on clash of clans on android and signing into Facebook, but my base didn't come back. Why? How can I get it onto my android using my Facebook? Answer someone please. ~Rez

Wow I'm sorry to here this but i think you best bet is to email the support team and see what they have to say I hope you get your village back

Supercell don't even have an official email. Or they just can't be bothered to help players. Outrageous.

Contact google and you will need to talk to them and try to recover the Google account.

Look supercell are rubbish at communicating. Let's be honest, google told me to come here to seek help so I expect to be helped by the own game developers.

Supercell cannot help you, your issue states that you cannot connect your google account, SC do not own your google account, google do.

Considering you deleted an account on THEIR servers it is upto them to help you. You ask them to recover your account.

Supercell cannot help you.

I've said I've restored the account. It's got no data of clash left. I've tried to contact them and they told me to come here.i expect the own game developers to be able to help. But no they are rubbish.

Did they tell you to come to the forums or to contact support?

Do you really think they should help you after all the insults you have given them?
