this does not look as it would bring much to the game, you don't need to know who is watching who's replay, but please feel free to go in more details if you have interesting specifications to add.
So far, this seems useless, I don't think it really matters whos watching a replay, and it may just fill up Clan Chat even more. It would be quite annoying.
