Disappointed in you supercell!

I am absolutely disappointed at supercell support. I need help badly and there is no way to contact them! I linked my game to an android that broke and now doesn't have my base on it. It was not linked to a google play and now that I've got a new android google phone I really need to be able to get clash on it because I can't live without it but I can't get my base on it because my game is already 'linked to android'. This message is pissing me off now! All I want to do is link a game! So please if one supercell employee can read this and reset the link a device option for my account I will be happy. The trouble is this is preventing me from using my android and is putting money down the drain just to get an apple ios device! Outrageous how you can't link more than once or contact supercell! Outrageous! Please can someone fix this or give me a direct email to Supercell for this enquiry. Thanks :/

Seems like, you have made a new Google account which you currently are trying to link the game for! While you already linked the base to your old android phone where you had the original Google account? As far as I know, you can only have one account linked to each base which is the reason why u get the message "you're village I's already linked" or whatever you get!

Are you sure that you are currently logged into the original Google account? Because I have two accounts on my phone and can log in/out freely ingame between them! Also you never need to link your account more then once which is if you got a gamecenter account linked to ur village and want it to be saved for a Google account aswell or vice versus! You don't link the game to the phone anymore when you have the base saved to both gamecenter and Google. Just log in while in the game to the regular Google account and village loads! Whatever android phone you use :)

Linking a device is meant for people who want to move the game to a different platform.
By connecting it to Google+ or GC you will save your game progress and you can use that to get your game on a new device.

However since you mention you have not linked it to Google+ you need to contact support. Preferably via the ingame settings. Tape the settings button -> help and support -> report an issue.
Unfortunately recovering a lost village can take a while.

SC has an infamously slow (and frankly bad) customer support so patience is the key now. Contact them, provide as much info as you can, hold on to the prepopulated data and wait. Go to the gym, walk outside. Kiss a girl/boy/??? of your dreams. Get to a fight. Then return to a connected village and isolate yourself from the outside world and no-life 'til you drop out of dehydration

This, unless you're like a near mid TH 8 or stronger you're probably better off starting over.

Even if you are you may as well make another account to play in the mean time, starting new ones is fun until you get deep into TH 8 again.

It's ridiculous

They do have a customer support team, it is just slower than usual because of people sending multiple tickets, spamming them and all other nonsense. They get 10000s a day, it isn't easy!

Man, you really kill me. Can no one have a differing opinion on anything? I'm saying the postal service gets millions of parcels everyday but they deal with it because they are set up to handle it. I understand that Supercell is overwhelmed with requests. What you don't seem to understand is that they wouldn't be if they were set up to handle it. In other words, spend some money on customer service. The article I posted was to show what a success they are. Re-investing some profit to support the customer would be wise in my opinion. But I'm sure you'll find a way to nitpick my point and try to make me sound foolish. I'm done with this thing.

I don't think you understand. I've linked it to an android, and that android has broken. It was also linked to a google+ account but I deleted that account. So it's now linked to nothing, but I can't re link it. That's the problem. I will also say that I restored the google+ account in hope that it would still have my clash data on it but it doesn't. I do have my base on iOS and still use it but I've gotten too far into the game and can't go back. I'm just disappointed because I bet tons of people would like help and supercell do nothing.

Just hiring staff and staff won't help, those staff have to be trained and made to work properly, they recently hired some support staff and I would assume they would be near finishing with the training.
