Well I figured out I can only loot 90 DE from a full, maxed, drill from a th8.
Since I don't see many bases th9+ I don't usually get much DE down here.. but other than maybe getting my BK to level 10, I don't really need any.
However, when I do find bases with DE they tend to be near maxed th8s, or th9/10 trophy dropping, so in short, no DE down here really haha.
