Looking for some advice from more experienced farmers th9 and above!

So here's my question to all my fellow maxed th9's out there on forums! I've been playing for alittle over a year, and I have reached the point where heroes,walls, and 3 lab upgrades are my last things to do for th9. Besides getting to 250/250 lvl 8 walls, and heroes to possibly 15, can you guys answer a few questions?


1) At what point should I begin my journey to th10?


2) Is it more practical for me to farm in masters 2 or 3 since DE is something I always need?


3) If I was to go to th10 soon, is there anything you recommend I should do first? ( i.e 45/250 walls to lvl9, heroes to lvl 15 minimum, etc)




If I missed a relatively similar forum post, feel free to post the link to it below! Thanks a ton! And I'm about 60 walls from full lvl 8 for any more information you need.

1) At what point should I begin my journey to th10?

I've been wondering the same thing. I have all of my upgrades done except for traps, heroes, and walls. My AQ is 16, BK is 15. I have 64 skull walls left to build and then I think I'm going to start my TH10 upg. My core rarely gets breached as it is, and with IT's in the mix, I think my defense should hold up fine with lvl 8's. I really want lego walls, I just don't think I want to sit idle for 3-4 months while I farm them.

2) Is it more practical for me to farm in masters 2 or 3 since DE is something I always need?

I would vote no, although I haven't been there since the most recent update. The raids in masters league are serious, and I would think anytime you are offering a lot of loot, you're going to get smashed. I stay in C2 and get a th snipe 95% of the time. I can get DE fairly easily too.

I've been reading a lot of forum posts and it seems like you should have your walls to 8, defenses and troops maxed, and heroes at 15 or 20. A lot of people recommend lvl 9 walls though due to the extra wb it takes to bust through them. I think having a core of lvl 9 walls will be the route I try to go, with the rest skulls. Of course, there's the "max everything" crowd that will tell you to get lvl 10 walls ant lvl 30 heroes before moving on.
