your walls and base design look great....your defense does not. Don't be discouraged just don't go to Town Hall 8 anytime soon...just camp out right there for a bit and start farming....you have 4 builders which is nice... keep them busy... you will keep getting rocked for awhile but be patient... don't waste builders on pumps and mines for a bit... at this point you should be stealing more than you can pull out of the ground.
Well you do have 2 mortars upgrading, your wizard towers need to be at least lvl 3 and your archer towers could be higher. And it's also that you had a lot of gold and that leads to getting some heavy attacks.
So I should use my next attack as a 12-16 hr stallout shield until my mortars finish? Then possibly spend my gold on a lv 5 mortar? And keep a builder open for purple walls? Or possibly spend that gold on a lv 2/3 Wizard Tower? Those lv 11 gold mine upgrades are coming back to bite me..
If you want to you could, but if you think you can raid enough to surpass the amount of resources that people might take from you then don't stall. Don't go for purple walls now, specially since your defenses are pretty low, waste all your gold on defences and then do walls. Purple walls still take the same amount of lvl 5 wallbreakers to take down as pink anyway.Quote:

Me personally, I would concentrate on canons and archer towers at this point. Again, if it were me, I would scrap the gold mine upgrades. they didn't really cost you that much elixir anyways. ... and finally, a sarcastic joke... try getting a new clan that has better players that can pass down wisdom as well :oQuote:

I would work very hard on upgrading your defenses!...which it looks like you are doing. Don't upgrade two mortars at the same time... Those are strong and if you take them both out it will hurt... I normally try to do one weaker defense and one strong so it's not so bad...like air defence and a mortar... Or a cannon and a tower
A couple other suggestions..
Once they are done pull your mortars into your base. Put them in a triangle but not together....I don't know how to explaine it but check out the screenshot threads and see how they put them in a triangle to protect the whole base.
Pull your wizard towers in so they can't be attacked from the outside. They are great defense but are weak when attacked.
Take the air defence out of the center... I doubt you will have many dragons attacking and the other stuff is way more important... I had mine like that but learned it wasn't really necessary in the middle.
Again... The screenshot base designs threads will give you great ideas... They have a ton of info in them... Hold off on upgrading the gold if you can and get your defenses upgraded.
I could possibly switch the Wiz tower and the air defense, switch my future tesla location, switch around my elixir storages (I really don't know what to do with my elixir very often lol), and put my bk altar where the south builders hut next to the archer tower is? I have been in your trophy range for months,still i have been attacked with dragons and barb king only 2 times(maybe because i prefer to keep my storages empty when i have no builders available).
