it's easy with maxed 20-24 balloon and 60-70 minions

Try to th snipe until your eyes bleed, seriously 😁
Than try loonian or some other push army comp. Using this armies will require boosting unless you stay active in game other ways.
Patience is key. Remeber, th3-5 can make it to champs...it's just a matter of time/money. Some people put more time into these quest than money and vise versa.
Trophy push to crystal 1.After that it is hard to find th outside the base so barch.
