OK.. im about to try barch again...

I've been pretty anti Barch...but I'm a near maxed th7, 2 days before I'm at TH8, my last two non upgraded barracks aarebeing upgraded to the dragons, so I need some quicker troop composition for raids. My goal is to finish my walls (have 20 left) and then have my storages nearly filled so I can begin upgrading right away.

I'm thinking 25 minions, 40 archers, 10 wbs, 8 giants to use as a meat shield, 30 barbs, and 20 goblins.

I've never really done barching before on TH7, last time I did it was TH5...is this an adequate composition? Interested in hearing some compositions that I can expirement with. (I'm at 1500 trophies)

If you barch go 110 barbs and 90 archers with 2 lightning spells and one heal

100 barbs, 100 archers. Look for abandoned bases with full collectors. gg

Your composition is like.. BAWGGions. Either barch or bam. Mix in some wallbreakers if you want.

At 200 capacity I go 100 archer 80 barb 10 WB and usually 3 lightning spells (yes I'm that guy pew pew)

now I have tried adding gobs in sometimes 30-40 goblins but I never really got the feeling that it impacted the farming much. Goblins to me are very hit or miss and I do mostly collector raids so there was never a need for them BUT they did shine a few times after collectors were destroyed I would wall break through 2 or 3 walls and rush goblins in for some pretty sweet loot grabs.

But then again I am an extreme person so if I was to do gobs I would just go like 10 giants a ton of wallbreakers and a horde of goblins. Just because they look so cool after grabbing loot, their bags really fill up!


edit; Also concerning BAM (Barb Archer Minion) , as a TH7 I only use dark elixer for clan wars and have been meaning to try it farming just to give it a go... But I really just can't justify it, I don't really see what they would bring to the table to add to my farming that would be relevant because with just nkrmal BARCH methods I seldom have trouble getting at least 1 star

Half barbs half archers, keep on searching until you find a base that has 100k plus gold and elixir, look at the collectors, try to find bases what have full collectors and just take them out, use the barbs as a meat shield for the archers and take all of the loot, when you get the loot either end raid or get 1 star, but you don't need all of the giants and stuff if you simply get collectors as you mostly don't need to enter the core of the base.

If you can learn how to properly use barbarians as meat shields then wall breakers and giants aren't necessary. But yeah barch is a solid way to farm.

2 barracks barbs 2 barracks archers. Throw in 10 minions too. I don't use spells but i suggest rage or lightning if you want to.

And yeah, just barbs and archers, I usually run:

70 Barbs
118 Archers
6 Wallbreakers

With 200 capacity.
