Is this what this game has ended as?

Hey guys and gals
So I get TH9 in 3 days and I have been working my ♥♥♥♥ off to try and save 40K without it getting raided so I can get the queen straight away. [I'm going to point out I have no problem with people fairly raiding my dark elixir as that is part of the game and they went through it at some point as well]. Anyway earlier I logged off for no more than 5 minutes and return to find a level 99 has used 4 level 5 lightning spells on my 39K full storage. The guy could easily wipe my base as he also had level 6 troops and level 8 and 10 heroes.
I really don't see why it was worth it. It's needless to say I will be going all out on his base to earn that and more back but my point still stands.

What kind of low life scum play this game?

I would of done the same 1.1k DE and a th snipe. I havent used lightning spells since i got my BK many months ago

I mean that kind of behavior is normal for most people. Sure it's looked down upon but that's never going to stop zappers

I just had a guy drop 4 on my storage an hour ago, got 1500 off of me.

Lucky for him I want to ride the shield but you can be sure I'll be checking back on him quite frequently. Not because losing 1500 really upsets me you see.. it's just the point ;-)

Second zapping is a strategy, and it works

Save that anger, swallow it down, wait for the right moment, then and only then plant a meticulously planned revenge on his base, leave it a burning wreck 👍

Have you ever though what an amazing game this is to have made you feel as you did when you opened your game post zap, equally how amazing it will feel to get that revenge :)

I think you have some anger management issues.

I like to zap ppl.. I booby trap my th.. I get 16h shields a lot... :) makes ths game fun and I get to see how others will attack certain layouts
