Not sure if this is the correct place to make such a request (if so please move my thread). But as a current Windows Phone user I'd love to play this game. I normally play Cloud Raiders, which is great but recently saw the advert for this game and tried it out on my wife's phone (S5). Would be immense if the guys at Supercell could make this for WP and W8 tablets too. I know quite a few people that would like this to happen too.

Its about money. Not profitable to put on Windows phone until there are more of them.
If Supercell thought Windows Phone users are only few. Then think again. Windows Phone OS is popular here in the Philippines as Microsoft recently roll out their Nokia Lumia 530 and 630, it became a hit specially when they also release the Microsoft Lumia . Added in to that, A locale brand aquire Windows Phone OS that launch budget phones. so think again. Supercell should add CLASH OF CLANS now.
