My account has been stolen by SC ... YES THATS RIGHT, ALL MAXED ACCOUNT!!!!

Yeah this is the true my account was stolen because of you, you closed my account and where is the security code? I thought I got the security code I checked my emails and nothing delivered! And after few days guess what happened? When I open the game this message I got (Login failed) please try again later. (1)
Brief Idea of the account:
Ok here is the story from the beginning, I was one of the top player in global like the best rank was 24 or something like this. I spent an effort on this game (time and money) and I am not going to say how much I spent on this account for ( attacking and upgrading) like other players saying hey dude I spent 1K or whatever.... when I say I spent a lot I mean it. Anyway, this is not my story, the story is when you love this game and SC doesn't deserve it.
Ok, here is the story,
What made me stop being in the top, is someone was logging in to my account and he lost me twice I think and used my gems to upgrade the walls to level 10 and 11. You know how much it costs right? Ok I contact super cell many times complaining about this problem but guess what? No response at all!!! Super cell didn’t even reply back to me, I made a post on their forum and same thing I got only a few comments back from their friendly guests and members. Where is their customer servicers? Where is the admins? I don’t know why they didn’t even get one reply back to my emails …
I need to know how you guys banned the account without getting my answers? Ok you have a problem with me and I sent you more than 10 emails at least tell me and let me know what’s going on? I made many payments on this account and you banned me like this? Without any emails back. ok let's say you banned my account and give it to someone else, shouldn't you tell me that we banned your account because bla bla bla... etc?

-Ok my question is how you guys closed my account? Is there any evidence you have that I am not the real person for the account?
-You cannot check my IP address and the game was playing in which county by the IP address? Yes you do, many cases opened and the first question you guys ask is (where are you now and in which country last time you log in to the game = means you know the ip address at least investigate it in this way!!! unfortunately, I love this game but their administration doesn't deserve it to pay for them.
Do you need a prove if I am the real owner for this account or not?
I can show you all the receipts for last 6 months (more than 3000$), is there stronger than this prove?
Funny ending:
I made the complaint , I contact them , and always try to reach them and finally they banned me and give the account for someone else, because I checked that from my brother account it shows me that the account is active means someone play on it.
My question is, how you trust him, what evidence he gave you? .....?? Tell me then I will stop emailing and bothering you and forget this game forever.
