NORTHERN LIGHTS (my farm is: Cher Bear,Moose & Squirrel/Cher's Boston Srong/(origionally,Cherylanna's Organic Farm,lol, sorry we mess around changing farm names) look for Cher in leader's name. We have some new spots open(may have a couple more opening up soon, we are in the process of replacing people that are not able to participate in the derby)My vision of a great NH is much like the NH I grew up in! Where we all look out for each other, one person may be in need of more help to get them on their feet. Someone else (my Dad) was always helping w/ his plow to clear driveways and the woman up the street was a great baker and shared her goods when needed. We are looking for very active players w/ active towns and are motivated to go for the gold in the Derby! 5 tasks @ 300+ points is our goal, we are serious about derby but do not expect you to spend diamonds, and will understand if you have a week you can't participate as long as you let me know before it starts. Happy to help with tasks too. We win trophies, get all 5 horseshoes in every Derby! Must be friendly and helpful, active, be polite, please, thank you, and a :) every so often goes a long way, enjoy socializing and a few laughs, we get silly at times esp when late night farming, ok can happen @ anytime! Also have a serious side, we can give a good pep talk to a farmer in need. If you are a high level or you get a lot of planks or nails that is a plus! This is an English speaking nh. We have players from 3 different areas of the world. 1)all over US and Canada, 2)Ireland, England, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Germany, 3) a few from Australia. We would like more from these 3 approximate timezones. Would be great to have another from or nearby Australia or New Zealand. We like diversity in our hood, men and women of different ages too. Leave your Drama at the door plz, we are a layed back nh. We are accepting players lvl 45+ (We currently have one under lvl 45) up to lvl 111. We would like to have a brief chat here first to see if you fit our nh and answer any questions you may have too.

�� Just a few rules: please tell neighbors what tools you have to sell/trade, or let us know you are putting tools and anything that is not easy to find in the dd or you if just need to make coin tell us you are filling shop and you will have your coin in no time! When doing this be sure you don't run an ad. thank you! Do 5 300+ point tasks whenever possible, if you have a reason you are not able to please tell me so we can work around it. We help a lot with barn, silo, town upgrades, fishing and land expansion. We have been doing some organized expansions/upgrades. Just keep in mind that there are many ple in need of expansions and upgrades, after you get a few done give other ple a chance to get help, then we will come back to you again asap. Thank you. Share the tree watering, you can only get a total of 5 gift cards/day, so give others a chance to do some and also get the xp and many ple are working towards their tree goal to get diamonds. Also, plz try to remember to run an ad for your crates that need to be filled esp when it is a difficult order. What some of us do is if u will be around for a few minutes, give nh and followers a quick chance to fill Then run ad if needed. Many ple like going around filling crates, I do and will even buy items from dd to fill crates marked in the dd, I'm sure I'm not the only one that does this fun to work on boat score and help others. This will take some pressure off of NH if we really have low stock and are doing it to help you not the gift card or xp. thank you!

looking for a progressive town oriented hood
I started a hood but willing to move to a good one - i've had some problems with drama in hoods and just refuse to tolerate it. I leave immediately when it happens as gaming should be fun. I'm level 45 and my town is currently level 10 with all upgrades in place - I'm about to do the third upgrade of the lobster pool. I've never missed a cargo boat and usually do most myself. I honestly don't feel that hoods should be responsible or that members should be pressured to help with sugar or dairy and that was part of the problem in the last place I was in. I was willing to help but gave priority to my own items when it came to these items. In fact, I honestly believe it should be that way anyhow. The hoods I've been in have done penny trades and I've seen a lot of people burned - partly with people in the hood coming on under a different id and stealing items or just other players. It hurts either way when you lose items intended for others but doublly so when you even lose the coin so I'm now of the believe that people should charge at least default if not full market if everyone can afford it. I'm assuming that at level 40+ that most can - and if not, something is wrong with their management and maybe they need some help with that I'm more than willing to help with strategy as I leveled up very very fast (onlu been playing about 4 weeks and have a good coin base and a very good customer base) see what you think and if you are interested in having me or joining my hood as as coleaders - then contact me on fb at simulatingdiva@facebook.com or I will try to watch here.

I play daily and often look to help others with their crops and boat orders. I know very little about towns and neighbourhoods, however I am looking to join a friendly community. Just enquiring at present. I am currently in what was an awesome neighbourhood, but lately the tone has changed and some egos👺 have interrupted good game play.
It may not sort itself out, so if it doesn't I was wondering the details about your NH? What is the predominant timezone/location of your members; I am in Australia, and unless others are on when I am it becomes hard to be active and contributing, chatting is difficult when others not around
There may be other members leaving with me (lvls 86, 69) who are daily and very active contributing neighbours one from Norway, the other USA

I have been with this neighbourhood for quite a while now (since end July, I have gone from lvl 37 to 51...) with the help from all the lovely members of the NH, Cheryl is MORE than fair, and she remembers everything of what people need to upgrade their barns silo's etc even if its 2 days later and you havent been on she will still hold those tools for you because she knows if you have been helped or not.
When I first joined, I hated asking for things as I wasnt able to give anything in return... yes.. oneself ALWAYS needs things but at times you need to think to yourself DO I really need this.. or will another NH member actually benefit more from my 3 tools, or 10 tools that are sitting there doing nothing and could or might complete their upgrade..
Then there is the logical side of things, when you join an neighbourhood, it is for them to help you and you to help them.. so dont ask for help on your boat order unless your going to finish it, you dont ask for things during an event because really... EVERYONE is on that event and everyone is working hard to meet all the tasks to reap the rewards, Boat orders give you enough time to make the things required PLUS a 4hr notice of what will be on the boat so you can start stockpiling up, realistically if you are busy with work and cant seem to catch up or you are away for a few days, then instead of just quickly filling your own goodies by asking NH - chat to the NH instead whilst you build your stockpiles up again. This way you actually FEEL like part of the NH, no one wants to help someone that just comes on always asking for things, I know I helped you and chatted to you but you never wanted to help people who needed things you would tell us it was in the shop at FP instead. or conveiniently after someone asked for something..a sale in your RSS would appear with that item. that is not what happens in a NH, if you are strapped for cash you let us know!
If you are worried about people not helping you and you have helped them 3 times in a row.... I promise you.. THEY will eventually help when they can more than you expect also! - and if they dont they get removed, so please dont be a 'this' for 'that' member. You will find once you are known more int he NH everyone will help you :) you become part of the family :cool:

If you are looking for decent people, who do actually GIVE away things to you, chat to you, make you feel like part of a family, pay attention and chat about real life events, if you want a mature and sometimes immature :o:o fun cheeky environment, then I highly suggest you have a chat to cheryl, tell us the aim of your game and why you play, why you want to join and the type of person you are, be honest, we are here because we all want to excel in the game, and we enjoy helping others :)
